Description
A Brunello with great character, the Casanova di Neri Brunello di Montalcino will age effortlessly in bottle to develop great harmony and complexity. It shows great finess and balance in a distinctly elegant style. Made from 100% Sangiovese, called Brunello in the region around Montalcino, the Casanova di Neri Brunello is fermented without the addition of yeasts and is macerated for three or four weeks in open, temperature controlled tanks. After fermentation it is aged for 42 months in oak barrels before a further six months aging in bottle prior to release.
