The Brut Rosé of the Billecart-Salmon House results of a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir, vinificated in red according to winemaking methods dating back to the origins of Billecart-Salmon. Of a pale and radiant colour, this champagne is adorned with warm and folden hues while its delicate bubbles provide a persistent foam. On the nose, we discover a fine subtle and luscious bouquet of red fruit notes and citrus zests. On the palate, this Billecart-Salmon Brut Rosé demonstrates a precise and elegant attack, followed by a slightly strawberry-scented finale, with very good freshness.

The latest release of the NV Brut Rosé is based on the 2015 vintage and was disgorged with 8.5 grams per liter dosage. Bursting with aromas of red berries, freshly baked bread, pomelo and peach, it's medium to full-bodied, ample and fleshy, with racy acids, pretty fruit tones and a youthfully frothy mousse.
