The wines showcase grape varietals indigenous to the region as well as the local savoir-faire used in their production. The collection currently includes estate-bottled wines from top sites in France, Germany, Spain, South Africa, Chile and Argentina.

Originally from the Cognac region of France, wine has been Xavier Flouret’s lifelong work and passion. In 2007 he founded Cognac One, an NYC-based premium fine wine importing and distributing company. Quality sourcing for the collection is the result of Xavier’s vigorous selection process. Criteria includes small production winemaking, sustainable viticulture, and terroir-expressive wines.
