Cakebread Cellars’ Cabernet Sauvignon is produced in California’s Napa Valley. This wonderful blend of 83% Cabernet Sauvignon, 9% Merlot, 5% Cabernet Franc & 3% Petit Verdot. Aromas of dark cherries, fig and boysenberry are complemented by toasted oak and dark chocolate scents. In the mouth, this wine has a lively acidity, a well-balanced structure and beautifully integrated tannins. Cakebread Cellars’ Cabernet Sauvignon is enjoyable young and develops more sophisticated aromas and flavors when aged for 7-10 years.
