A Haut-Medoc red wine with beautiful magnitude
The second wine of Chateau Chasse-Spleen, L'Heritage de Chasse-Spleen is a red wine produced in the Haut-Medoc appellation. The vineyard extends over an area of 20 hectares, benefitting from a rich soil composed of sand and gravel on clay-limestone and clay on limestone. The 2015 vintage blends 75% Cabernet Sauvignon, 22% Merlot and 3% Petit Verdot.
Displaying a beautiful red garnet color, clear and brilliant, L'Heritage de Chasse-Spleen 2015 gives off aromas of vanilla and cinnamon. The attack is frank and sharp. The palate reveals subtle toasted flavors and black cherry. The wine offers a great volume and beautiful size with a cherry-flavored finish of beautiful length.
