It’s a joy to watch this cuvée evolve over time. The whole is complex and delicate: a true meditative wine, moving along a subtle palette of macerated red fruits and blood orange. Candied kumquat is highlighted by spicy, cinnamon notes. A floral touch of faded rose completes this palette. Then comes a more refined palate, with perfectly judged effervescence and exceptional length. The overall impression is poised and graceful.
