Having worked for the illustrious Louis Roederer Champagne House, Juliette Alips has gained a wealth of winemaking experience. She embarked on a new adventure with her cousins, Raphael and Vincent Bérêche, who have walked her through the intricacies of champagne making; the vinification process, the art of tasting and the masterful blending process. Domaine Les Monts Fournois lies in the northern part of the Montagne de Reims in the Champagne region and the House focuses on giving a voice to a specific Premier Cru plot, Les Monts Fournois.

Prior to the release of the house’s first vintage in a few years, Juliette Alips has released some vintage Grand Cru champagnes. The driven winemaker has sourced small quantities of champagnes from her family’s trusted partner winegrowers and has crafted these two exceptionally rare wines.
