The Aromatic Delicacy and Vivacity of an Exceptional Brut Champagne in a Limited Edition
The Estate
Founded in 1743 by Claude Moët, a visionary entrepreneur and shrewd wine merchant, Moët & Chandon quickly won favor with the great courts of Europe. It was his grandson, Jean-Rémy Moët, who carried the reputation of this Champagne House to the four corners of the world, making it a symbol of excellence and audacity in the art of champagne making.
It is to Jean-Rémy Moët that we owe the creation of the legendary Moët Imperial, a cuvée conceived as a tribute to Emperor Napoleon Bonaparte. The Emperor, a regular guest at the estate, is said to have popularized, together with his soldiers, the practice of sabering bottles of Moët & Chandon to celebrate his military triumphs.
Since joining the LVMH group in 1987, the House of Moët & Chandon has continued to craft exceptional cuvées, testaments to unrivaled expertise and an uncompromising commitment to quality.
Moët Impérial Brut Champagne: A Legendary Cuvée
Since 1869, Moët Impérial Brut champagne has embodied the very soul of Moët & Chandon. Crafted from a blend of more than 200 crus selected across Champagne, this benchmark cuvée illustrates the harmonious encounter of heritage, refinement and modernity. Celebrated for its generous fruitiness, its gourmand palate and its graceful maturity, this Brut champagne has stood the test of centuries, winning over enthusiasts and experts alike with its aromatic richness and impeccable balance. Moët Impérial Brut is an invitation to explore the diversity of the grape varieties and terroirs of Champagne, a faithful reflection of all the splendor of this exceptional region.
The Limited Edition
For the end of the year, Moët & Chandon adorns each bottle of its limited edition Brut Impérial Édition Bow with its famous black bow.

This meticulous vinification work, combined with skillful aging, gives rise to the singular characteristics and distinctive flavor profile of the Brut Impérial.
