Goisot

Domaine Goisot is located in the appellation of Saint Bris in Burgundy. Unlike other Burgundy appellations, Saint Bris is dedicated to Sauvignon Blanc. The Goisot family believes that great wine is made in the vineyard. They put exceptional care into guaranteeing their land is treated as well as possible, with the goal of creating a natural environment for the vines. They have been certified biodynamic for over a decade, and yields are expressly kept low to ensure concentration and quality. The resulting wines are deeply flavored, with racy acidity and chalky minerality.
