Domaine Jacques Carillon history dates back to the 17th century, when Jehan Carillon decided to plant vines in Puligny village, in Burgundy. The property has since remained in the Carillon family. Jacques Carillon manages the estate today. Jacques joined his father in 1980 to work in making and commercialising wines, which mainly consist of Chardonnays. Together with his wife, they created Domaine Jacques Carillon in 2010 with 5.25-hectare vineyard located in the Puligny-Montrachet appellation.
