Discover German Riesling Wines
Riesling is a light-skinned, aromatic grape of German origin and, according to many top wine critics, one of the world's finest white grape varieties. Riesling's spiritual homes are unquestionably the regions that lie along the middle Rhine and the lower Mosel, two of Europe's great wine rivers. Here we find the key wine regions of Germany, most famously Mosel, Rheinhessen, Rheingau and Pfalz.
The Millesima team has selected three bottles from three different areas of Germany: Mosel, Rheingau and Rheinhessen. The best Mosel Riesling wines are some of the finest whites in the world with a wonderful balance of sweetness and acidity. The classic Rheingau wine is a dry Riesling with pronounced acidity and aromas of citrus fruits, along with a smoke-tinged minerality. Rheinhessen is Germany's largest region for producing quality wines and Riesling has gained in prominence here over the last half-decade.
The German Riesling Wine Gift Set contains three unique bottles from great producers: Georg Breuer is an award-winning producer in the Rheingau region of Germany. Keller is an esteemed German wine producer located in the Rheinhessen. The estate is best known for its range of critically acclaimed Riesling wines. And Reichsgraf von Kesselstatt is one of the most traditional estates in the Mosel and has a wide range of top vineyard holdings there.
Georg Breuer Riesling Lorch Estate Trocken 2019
Riesling - Rheingau
Village Rieslings represent through their character and palate, the different attributes of the vineyard sites in Rüdesheim, Rauenthal and Lorch. Rüdesheim and Lorch bring strong minerality and stone fruit aromas from steep, slate and quartz soils. Rauenthal brings fine citrus aromas from clay and gravel, deep phyllite slate soils. This wine present a straight-forward and cool vibrancy framed by mineral hints. The balance between the strong acid structure and intense aromas continues through a long finish.

Keller Riesling Limestone 2020
Riesling – Rheinhessen
The name Keller has become almost synonymous with the Rheinhessen region, and with top-quality Riesling. This “Limestone” release refers to the soil make-up of Keller’s famous Kirchspiel vineyards. Beautifully balanced and complex, this is a superbly drinkable Riesling from a world-class producer. With lime and grapefruit, honey and white flowers up front, it presents just a touch of spritz on the palate, unfolding lemon/lime and apple flavors over time.
