Appearance
A beautiful pale gold color, the wine reveals subtle celadon hues.

Nose
Elegant and refined, the nose exudes aromas of toasted brioche, hawthorn blossom, and linden. With aeration, the bouquet gains complexity, revealing notes of citrus and spice (kaffir lime, candied ginger).

Palate
Silky and delicate, the palate opens with a supple attack. Tension and minerality carry through to a finish marked by a smooth balance between honeyed and saline notes.

The Estate

The House of Champagne Pommery, founded in 1858, earned its renown thanks to the boldness and vision of Madame Pommery, who took the helm of the estate after her husband's death. Determined to produce unique cuvées, she placed great emphasis on the exceptional quality of the grapes and the development of a remarkable vineyard in Champagne. Owned by the Vranken-Pommery Monopole group, cuvées bearing the Pommery name stand out for their finesse, vivacity, and an aromatic richness that is both elegant and complex.

The Vineyard

A legendary figure of Champagne, Madame Pommery began monumental works in July 1868 to transform ancient underground chalk quarries into majestic cellars. The Pommery 150 Ans Blanc de Blancs Cuvée pays tribute to Madame Pommery and her pioneering vision, marked by the creation of the first Brut Champagne in 1874.

This limited edition is crafted from grapes sourced from 4 great Champagne terroirs: the Côte des Blancs (Chouilly, Cramant, Avize, Oger), the Grande Vallée de la Marne (Dizy), the Montagne de Reims (Trépail, Villers-Marmery, Verzy, Verzenay), as well as the Clos Pompadour (Reims).

The Wine

This Blanc de Blancs Champagne stands out with its white bottle, expressing the purity of this Brut dosed at 5 g/L, which benefited from 6 years of aging in the House's underground cellars.

Grape Variety

This Champagne is crafted exclusively from Chardonnay, along with reserve wines from Cramant and Avize (24%).
