The Estate

Piper-Heidsieck is a Champagne house founded in 1785 in Reims, born from the ambition of Florens-Louis Heidsieck to create a cuvée worthy of a queen. Today owned by the EPI group, under the Descours family, the house relies on about 65 hectares of estate vineyards complemented by partnerships across more than 110 crus. Guided since 2018 by chief winemaker Emilien Boutillat, Piper-Heidsieck is also recognized for its B Corp certification and its strong environmental commitments.
