The Nuits-Saint-Georges Les Boudots 1999 of the Louis Latour House is a wine of character offering finesse, elegance without betraying a certain density (power) as confirmed by the palate of this Nuits-Saint-Georges. In this vintage of outstanding quality (in white and red), ensuring the wine a great aging potential, Les Boudots 1999 would still deserve a few years of aging. But why restraining ourselves from already appreciating its singularity? The wine offers a very nice range of flavours of stone fruit, wild strawberry, juniper berries and dried flowers. Located halfway between Dijon and Beaune, Nuits-Saint-Georges gives its name to the Cote de Nuits. The Nuits-Saint-Georges Premier Cru are produced from 37 separate parcels, each one of small size, not exceeding 10 ha, covering a total area of 151 ha, approximately 50% of the vineyard surface.
