Its pale golden color, typically the chardonnay style, is highlighted by green and white crystalline glints. With superb clarity, this cuvée is easily recognizable by its remarkably fine bubbles and long-lasting strand of foam.

Delicate and extremely elegant aromas of citrus (lemon, grapefruit) stand out among a great variety of top notes. Hints of apricot and white flowers are well present. The nose reveals notes of maturity with brioche and honey aromas that show its full complexity.

The attack is generous. Its sensations grow crescendo. A perfect balance and remarkable freshness enhance the aromatic complexity of its nose. The midpalate is straight forward, playing with finesse and elegance. The wine is light and ethereal and shows an impressive length. The finish is sharp and leaves a delicate lemon note characteristic of this cuvée.
