The property
In a few years, Frédéric Savart has established himself as an emblematic figure of Champagne, terroirs and author's wines. Driven by an unwavering ambition, he took over the family estate to produce champagnes with a marked identity, precise and elegant.
The vineyard
Running his vineyard according to the precepts of organic farming, the Savart Estate extends over four hectares located in the Ecueil sector, Premier Cru of the Montagne de Reims in Champagne.
Vinification and aging
The denomination of this Blanc de Blancs champagne refers to the "Les Brousses" plot, Premier Cru of Pierry, located on the south slopes of Épernay.
Grape variety
Chardonnay (100%).
