(55% Pinot Meunier, 39% Chardonnay and 6% Pinot Noir; just under 5 g/l dosage; LR-11180414): Pale orange. Highly fragrant red berry, orange zest and floral aromas, with a chalky mineral topnote. Dry and racy on the palate, offering bitter cherry and citrus fruit flavors with hints of white pepper and candied rose. Finishes dry and precise, with strong lift and resonating mineral and floral notes. This style of rose works wonderfully with sashimi or sushi.
