The NV Brut Blanc de Blancs Instant Présent is a pure Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs and the Marne Valley. Three-quarters of the blend is from a 2019 base, and the last quarter is from a perpetual reserve. After 36 months on lees, the nose opens with a salty breeze, promising chalk and ocean. Briskness and that same ozone-scented, salty, oceanic freshness fill the mouth and mind on the first sip. Creamy mousse underlines the delicacy, freshness and linearity of this gorgeous Blanc de Blancs and lasts long. This Blanc de Blancs is elegant, light-footed and serene. The NV Champagne Blanc De Blancs Instant Present Brut is entirely Chardonnay, built around the 2018 vintage with the addition of 20% reserve wine from the estate's solera, which was started in 1998. In the glass, it shows a shimmering silver/yellow hue, and the nose is focused with aromas of lemon oils, licorice, smoky earth, and pineapple rind. The mousse is subtler on this medium-bodied Champagne, which maintains an even spine of acidity and a well-defined core of ripe fruit. While the mousse plays more of a background role, this wine has plenty to offer and is drinking well now. Drink 2025–2035. Disgorged in September 2021 with a dosage of 6 grams per liter.

This specialist in Chardonnay has produced a soft style of Champagne. It has fine apple fruits as well as citrus fruits, giving a wine that is ready to drink.

The NV Brut Blanc de Blancs Instant Present (2015) is 100% Chardonnay sourced in the Côte des Blancs and in the south of Épernay, all fermented in stainless steel. The newest release is based on the 2015 vintage (80%) along with 20% reserve wine from a perpetual reserve (which includes vintages 1998 to 2014). Clear, fresh and aromatic on the nose, with spicy citrus flavors, this is a round and fruity Champagne with earthy, nutty and yeasty flavors and a nice texture. Disgorged in August 2017 with a dosage of seven grams per liter. This is perfect to drink today and over the next 5–7 years. Tasted in April 2018.
