The House of Champagne Drappier has always cultivated its originality, so the Cuvee Blanc de Blancs Signature is a tribute to this uniqueness. Chardonnay represents 95% of the Cuvee Blanc de Blancs Signature blend with a touch of “Blanc Vrai” (True White), the other name for Pinot Blanc. Champagne Drappier cultivates with passion and conviction the art of preserving old and forgotten Champagne grape varieties.
The wines are completely aged in vats and dosed very lightly with sulfur, so the Cuvee Blanc de Blancs Signature authentically reveals the expression of a Champagne whose delicacy, purity and floral elegance combines with its complexity and roundness in complete harmony.
The aromatic bouquet opens with fresh stone fruit aromas that evoke sweet peach and William pear, and are outlined with elegant floral scents. On the palate, the chalky minerality of the terroir expresses itself through its frank, lively attack. The generous flavors flatter the palate with tasty, indulgent biscuit notes that unfold into an airy, elegant, fresh finish. A Blanc de Blancs of rare finesse.
