Chardonnay represents 95% of the Cuvee Blanc de Blancs Signature blend with a touch of “Blanc Vrai” (True White), the other name for Pinot Blanc. The wines are completely aged in vats and dosed very lightly with sulfur, so the Cuvee Blanc de Blancs Signature authentically reveals the expression of a Champagne whose delicacy, purity and floral elegance combines with its complexity and roundness in complete harmony.

The aromatic bouquet opens with fresh stone fruit aromas that evoke sweet peach and William pear, and are outlined with elegant floral scents.
