Chiara Boschis history starts at the end of the 19th/beginning of 20th century, when members of the Pira Family became renowned wine producers. Gigi Pira, one of the family's iconic figures, created wines from blending his Cannubi, San Lorenzo, and Via Nuova parcels. Chiara Boschis has assured the continuity of this small property since 1980. The 2-hectar vineyard is located in Connubi, one of the best Barolo areas. Chiara Boschis' passion for vine-caring revived both the production and the cellar. Still, the vineyard is strictly maintained manually and organically. Chiara Boschis wines consistently receive high marks from the greatest critics (over 90 points).
