Vietti Wines

The Vietti winery has roots dating back to the 19^th century, but it wasn’t until 1919 when Patriarch Mario Vietti starting making the estate’s first wines. The Vietti winery was one of the first top-level producers in Piedmont to select and vinify grapes from single vineyards such as Brunate, Rocche and Villero. This was a radical concept at the time, but today it is more common in Barolo and Barbaresco for producers to offer single vineyard or ‘cru-designated’ wines.
