The Paolo Scavino Bric del Fiasc 2007 is a 100% Nebbiolo-based wine. The Bric del Fiasc Cru is issued from the oldest-- and most loved-- vineyard of the Scavino family. This Barolo reveals a complex bouquet composed by scents of smoke, leather and licorice. This vintage is generous, dense and powerful, with a remarkable balance between fruit, aromatics, and structure.
