The Moët & Chandon Grand Vintage 2000 has an elegant golden yellow robe and iredescent glints. On the nose, it gradually unveils the aromas blending into a fine and complex bouquet. The first notes are yeasty and toasted, echoing almond and hazelnut, which slowly evolve towards more acidulous fragrances with sweet and spicy accents. Bold fruity aromas appear to wrap suave and tropical savours as mango and peach. During the tasting, the Moët & Chandon Grand Vintage 2000 is a champagne that expresses a surprising liberty. It imposes a strong character which intrigues and amazes through its intensity.
