This Enchanteleur 2000 cuvée is a tribute to the traditions of the Champagne Region. Laurent Fresnet, cellar master of Champagne Henriot, offers an unforgettable champagne, as the previous vintages were. The robe is gold and bright, hooped by refined bubbles. During the smelling processone can smell a sensual aromatic storm. Honey fragrances evolve towards chocolate and roasted coffee accents. That is the result of a horizontal storage of bottles on laths before disgorgement. On the palate, the attack of Enchanteleurs 2000 is pure and deep. It is then caressing, enhanced by the silky effervescence thanks to an accurate dosage with 8.5g/L added to the disgorgement. The finish of this champagne Henriot is pleasant. It is gifted with an enveloping heat, carried by a hint of spices and a vibrant minerality.
