Each bottle showcases some of the best expression of the different Burgundy styles from the most famous appellations and estates. The white Burgundy is aromatic and combines finesse, unctuousness, power and great persistence, while the red Burgundy is structured and round with a balance of earth and fruit notes.

Piuze's 2018 Chablis Terroir de Chichee shows aromas of crisp green apple, white flowers and fresh peach. On the palate, it's pure and full of tension, with a nice acidity, and a stony finish. Piuze works exclusively with Chardonnay grapes to create stunning wines.

Pinot Noir – Cote de Beaune

Located at the southern end of the Cote de Beaune, the Santenay Village wine from Joseph Drouhin is a lovely fruit driven and balanced Pinot Noir. Notes of blackberry, blueberry, cranberry and pomegranate dominate the palate while the tannins are lively and supple creating a delicious finish.

Powerful and tannic, yet balanced and elegant, the Chateau de la Maltroye Chassagne-Montrachet wine has plenty of body mixed with lively red fruit characteristics. With 32 acres situated in the south of the Cote d’Or, Chateau de la Maltroye is known to produce some of the best Chassagne-Montrachet wines.
