Description
In the coolest area of the Cholqui Valley is planted the vineyard for the Tres Palacios Sauvignon Blanc. Here the cool weather and soil rich in gravel and minerals, imparts freshness as well as an intense aromatic expression to the wine. In the glass the wine takes on a pale straw yellow color with hues of green. The herbaceous and fresh perfume of the Tres Palacios Sauvignon Blanc is full of tropical fruits like pineapple, grapefruit, and lime. The minerality from the soil comes through on the palate to balance the ripe fruit. The wine is lively and fresh with a mouth watering acidity that keeps the drinker coming back, sip after sip.
