Philippe Foreau Domaine de Clos Naudin is harvested from 11.5 hectares of Chenin Blanc vines, located in Vouvray. Foreau’s grandfather purchased the domain in 1923. Philippe Foreau's Vouvray Brut is a sparkling wine produced from 100% Chenin Blanc. Depending on the vintage, Vouvray Brut can rest on its lees for more than the 48 month minimum. Aging on its lees provides a more complex and rich sparkling wine.
