Description
Le Ragose Cabernet Sauvignon Rosso Veronese is produced from estate vineyards located above 1200 feet in elevation in the Veneto region. The vineyard spanning only 1.64 hectares have soils of red and brown clay and Eocene limestone. The grapes that go into the Le Ragose Cabernet Sauvignon Rosso Veronese are macerated for up to 12 days and fermented in stainless steel tanks, followed by 24 months aging in new and used Troncais and Allier oak casks. Le Ragose Cabernet Sauvignon Rosso Veronese displays a deep dense red color with violet hues. On the palate it offers lush and powerful cassis, olive and black pepper. A decadent wine to pair with roasted lamb, Gorgonzola cheese and pasta dishes.
