Description
100% Pinot Noir from an assemblage of villages from the southern end of the Cote de Nuits: Corgoloin, Comblanchien, Premeaux, Brochon and Couchey. The soil from these sites are clay and limestone. The wines are aged for 12 to 15 months in French oak barrel. With a bright ruby color, this wine has a ripe nose of wild cherry, black fruit, mild spice and earthy notes. With a red berry aftertaste the wine has fine tannins, acidity and texture. Well balanced.
