Description
Dominated by the Chardonnay grape (80% by AOP Regulations), Vin Blanc can be blended with either Savagnin and/or Poulsard. Allowing the grapes to ripen to a healthy maturity gives the wine its beautiful golden color and a soft, round palate with elegance and freshness. Not to be confused with a typical late harvest sweeter wine of the region, this wine has a back bone with a good balance of alcohol and acidity. A complex, beautiful full-bodied white to help you ease in to the colder months ahead.
