The Lambrusco Modena Opera 02 Amabile hails from Modena, a small town in Emilia-Romagna famed for their fresh, frothy reds. The Ca' Montanari family farms organically and grows mostly Grasparossa, which is regarded as the highest quality Lambrusco grape. More frothy than sparkling, Montanari's Amabile Lambrusco is the estate's off-dry offering, showing fresh, lively fruits with each sip. Light and energetic, with just enough soft tannins to balance out the vibrant acidity, it has a touch of residual sugar that makes this sparkling red a perfect accompaniment to spicy dishes or charcuterie.
