Babich Family Wines produces wines from all over New Zealand. Here we see the Sauvignon Blanc from Marlborough. The fruit for this wine is sourced from several different vineyard sites across the Marlborough region. The result is a very classic Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc with a nose of gooseberry, tropical fruits, and herbs. On the palate, a similar fruit profile is rounded out with notes of melon and a zesty mineral finish. A perfect pairing with seafood of all kinds, but also a delicious quaffer on its own.
