At tasting, the Chablis 1er Cru Mont de Milieu 2014 of Simonnet-Febvre reveals a nose combining power and intensity, emitting scents of yellow fruits, along with subtle notes of pineapple. On the palate, the Mont de Milieu 2014 shows a roundness and richesse, before revealing a beautiful minerality on the finish.
