Chablis Premier Cru "Mont de Milieu" 2012 by La Chablisienne: Characteristics and tasting tips
The tasting
Colour
This wine showcases a light yellow colour with greenish highlights.
Nose
The nose blends empyreumatic notes of wood and smoke.
Palate
The complex and rich palate expresses a great depth, driven by mineral elements, a typical feature of the terroir. This wine, which shows a pleasant length and full body, reveals a lively freshness sustained by deliciously persistent hints of vanilla and fruit.
