A Pauillac with class by Chateau La Fleur Peyrabon
A great reference from the Left Bank of Bordeaux, Chateau Peyrabon is one of seven Bourgeois Crus located in the Pauillac appellation. Chateau La Fleur Peyrabon 2017 is made from a selection of plots ideally located in the town of Pauillac. Spread over an area of 4 hectares, these vines, aged 22 years on average, are planted in sandy gravel upon clay subsoil.
The manual harvest began with Merlot from September 18 to 19, and continued with Cabernet Sauvignon between September 27 and 28.
The product of a delicate vintage, Chateau La Fleur Peyrabon 2017 displays all of the assets of a great Pauillac red wine. Density, structure, depth - this wine already shows a nice balance between the concentration of aromas and the freshness of the fruit on the palate, with beautifully textured tannins. These qualities guarantee a great potential for guard.
