Description
A Blanc de Blancs champagne that entices with finesse and complexity
The estate
The Marie Courtin Champagne House, located in the village of Polisot in the Côte des Bar, was founded by Dominique Moreau in 2005. This talented winemaker produces high quality champagnes under the name of her grandmother, Marie Courtin, a farmer. A pioneer and passionate winegrower, Dominique Moreau cultivates her vineyards using organic and biodynamic methods, striving to faithfully reproduce the characteristics of the Champagne terroirs that give rise to rare cuvées combining finesse and vivacity.
The vineyard
Éloquence Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut 2018 from Marie Courtin stems from Champagne terroirs, from vines on average 20 years old, cultivated biodynamically and organically and which rest on marly soils facing east. This is an Extra Brut champagne.
Blend
Éloquence Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut 2018 from Marie-Courtin is 100% Chardonnay.
