The Paolo Scavino Barolo Carobric was born in 1996 as a combination of three distinct terroirs in the Barolo DOCG zone. Nebbiolo vines in the Rocche di Castiglione, Cannubi, and Bric del Fiasc vineyards are harvested for this elegant, pure expression of a classic Barolo.
