A fruity and rich white Nuits-Saint-Georges 1er Cru
The Domaine des Perdrix Nuits-Saint-Georges 1er Cru « Terres Blanches » of the Domaines Devillard comes from a plot just above the Premier Cru "Aux Perdrix". This small plot of 0.77 hectares enjoys south-east exposure, gently sloping south of the village of Nuits-Saint-Georges on clay-limestone soils, predominantly clay. Clay here brings power and freshness to the wine.
With its golden color and brilliant reflections, the Nuits-Saint-Georges 1er Cru 2016 of the Domaine des Perdrix is a white Burgundy expressing richness and aromatic density with notes mainly of yellow fruits such as apricots, vine peaches and mirabelle. The palate reveals a refreshing juice, a great minerality, very tense before showing some of the fruits that are found also on the nose. A precise wine, both fat (in volume) and airy. Beautiful!
