The estate
Premier Grand Cru Classé of Saint-Émilion, Château Valandraud shines among the finest estates in the appellation.
The vineyard
This Saint-Émilion vineyard covers a total area of 7.15 hectares in production. With an average age of 30 years, the vines are planted on clay-limestone soils.
Winemaking and ageing
The wine is aged exclusively in new barrels for 24 to 36 months.
Blend
90% Merlot, 7% Cabernet Franc and 3% Cabernet Sauvignon.
