Intense and beautiful, the bouquet opens with pure and crisp fruit notes, evoking blackcurrant, blueberry and cherry. Fresh herbs then appear, among them menthol notes and eucalyptus. On the palate, the wine explodes with flavors and reveals a texture that is silky and mellow, almost sensual as it unfolds with purity and delivers a delicately mineral extension with a saline touch, the fingerprint of the greatest limestone terroirs.
