A nicely austere and stony expression that’s chalky and tannic. The wet-stone minerality overrides the grapefruit and fresh red cherries. Tightly packed and minerally on the palate, with a medium to full body and an uncompromisingly austere finish. Definitely more bones than flesh here. Drink from 2025.
