A Premier Cru from Burgundy with Mineral Elegance and Remarkable Precision
The Estate
Born in 2004 from the split of the family estate of Michel Colin-Deleger, Domaine Bruno Colin now spans nearly 9 hectares in the heart of the Burgundy wine region. Based in Chassagne-Montrachet, Bruno Colin produces wines from 19 appellations spread across the renowned villages of Chassagne-Montrachet, Puligny-Montrachet, Saint-Aubin, Santenay and Dezize-les-Maranges. He is particularly distinguished by his eight parcels classified as Premier Crus in Chassagne-Montrachet. His winemaking philosophy is based on a low-intervention approach, aiming to subtly reveal the unique character of the terroirs. The aging, carried out partly in new oak barrels, gives rise to precise, luminous and expressive wines.
The Vineyard
The En Remilly climat, classified as a Premier Cru on the Chassagne-Montrachet appellation, hosts a small 0.47-hectare plot cultivated by Bruno Colin. This exclusive site, shared among only six winegrowers, rests on a clay-limestone soil ideal for producing a chardonnay that is both taut and refined.
Winemaking and Aging
The wine benefits from a meticulous 12-month aging in oak barrels, about one quarter of which is in new wood, followed by an additional 3 to 6 months of aging in tanks to perfect the balance between body and freshness.

This Chassagne-Montrachet Premier Cru En Remilly 2023 is made exclusively from chardonnay.
