Nationale 7 Rosé is from Château des Demoiselles in the famous Vallée d’Esclans – the heart of Provence. Owned by Cru Classé Sainte Roseline, elegant rosé is this estate’s signature. The oenologist for both domaines, Marco Bealessio, followed his passion from Italy to the French Riveria to reinvent what he describes as a true “Haute Couture Rosé.”

A mosaic of Southern French varieties, each vintage expresses the typicity of Provence. Old-vine Cinsault, Grenache, Mourvèdre, Syrah and Tibouren grapes are handpicked overnight and double-sorted for top grape selection. Afterwards, a short maceration and direct press, followed by vinification and aging in stainless steel.

On the nose, aromas of ripe peach and fresh-cut melon. Mineral-driven and floral on the palate, with a balance of juicy fruit flavors and bright acidity. A classic summer aperitif, but structured and dry enough to be a versatile food wine.
