This shows a lot of floral notes, such as lilacs and violets, together with aromas of dark fruit, cloves and bark. It has medium body and a soft, polished-tannin structure. Juicy, lingering fruit and firm, fine-grained finish. Drinkable now, but better after 2023.

Pure and floral with violet notes, ripe wild berry fruit, cassis and an elegant medium-bodied structure, rounded with savoury young fruit and fine length.

Plenty of structure and balance, can easily wait for another two or three years before opening. Blackberry and cassis fruits, with a light-touch vinification, opens in the glass, tannic weight and depth, and has Margaux signature in its rose-petal aromatics. 52 hl/ha yield, no new oak, Stephane Derenoncourt consultant.

Pleasant, delicate bouquet. Notes of red berries and mint. Fresh, moreish character on the palate. The wine is juicy, elegant, and supported by silky tannins.
