Chateau Palmer 2010 is a thrilling wine that is a true success of the appellation of Margaux. The blend is composed of 54% Merlot, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon and 6% Petit Verdot creating an incredibly complex combination of aromas and flavors. The robe is a deep, rich purple color. The nose is dominated by blackcurrant, plum and spice with hints of violet. In the mouth it is full bodied and incredibly powerful. Its concentrated flavors linger on the palate. This wine deserves at least 10 year of aging.

Wine Advocate-Parker :
Deep garnet in color, the 2010 Palmer rolls out of the glass with warm cassis, baked plums and boysenberries scents plus hints of candied violets, star anise and dried bay leaves. Medium to full-bodied, the palate is generously fruited, with a firm backbone of grainy tannins and seamless freshness, finishing long.
