Having a problem when receiving your order?

We are sincerely sorry that your delivery did not go as smoothly as it should have. We take every incident very seriously and do everything we can to provide you with a quick resolution.

Important steps at the time of delivery

Before signing the delivery receipt, always inspect your order in the presence of the driver:

• If you have any doubt or notice visible damage — damaged package, signs of impact, opened packaging — refuse the parcel or note clear and detailed reservations on the delivery receipt.
• Never sign without reservations if you notice any issue, even a minor one. Signing without reservations means you accept the delivery as being in good condition and makes any later claim impossible.
• If the driver does not give you time to inspect the parcel, state this explicitly in your reservations.

To handle your request as quickly as possible, please complete the form below. **Important:** any claim must be submitted within **48 hours** of receiving your order,, along with the reservations made on the proof of delivery. After this deadline, we will no longer be able to open a dispute with the carrier.

To ensure your case is admissible, please have the following ready:

• Photos of the damage — damaged package, broken bottles, damaged contents — taken at the time of delivery
• The shipping labels visible on the crates or the received parcel
• Your invoice number, available in your order confirmation or customer account
