Description
The estate
Chateau Brun dates back to the 16th century. Since then, the property has been passed down over the generations, thus ensuring the safe transmission of traditional know-how in its purest form. It is thanks to this centuries-old transmission that the estate produces its fantastic Bordeaux wine in the Saint-Emilion appellation.
The vineyard
On the slopes of a hill north-west of Saint-Emilion, the 11-hectare vineyard of Chateau Brun benefits from a clay-limestone terroir facing south. The plots of vines planted in one piece are cultivated in the traditional way.

Manual harvest. Thermo-regulated concrete tanks. Fermentation from 18 to 20 days. Racking.
The aging
