Timeless and mythical, the Champagne House Bollinger, nicknamed "Boll" for the Champenois or "Boly" for the English, is part of the small circle of the very large houses of Champagne. The style of Champagne Bollinger is defined by the exemplary precision brought to each moment of the elaboration. Respect for tradition, hand riddling of bottles, corking of reserve magnum bottles, the last remaining cooper in the Champagne region, this taste for excellence symbolises the entire culture of Champagne Bollinger. More than an art, it is a heritage.
