A fresh Premier Cru from Chablis

The estate

Patrick Piuze, a celebrated winemaker from Chablis, is known for his meticulous approach and dedication to quality. His vineyards, located in the prestigious Chablis region, produce wines that exemplify the terroir's unique character and richness.

The vineyard

Situated in the esteemed Chablis region, the vineyards benefit from ideal Kimmeridgian limestone soils. This terroir, combined with a favorable climate, imparts a perfect balance of acidity and minerality to the wine, resulting in a well-rounded and expressive Chablis.

Vinification and Aging

The grapes are hand-harvested in the early morning and undergo strict sorting before pressing. Fermentation occurs primarily in stainless steel tanks to maintain the wine's fresh fruit character, with a portion aged in neutral oak barrels to enhance complexity and depth.
